Question 1

Who can get a welcome reward?

Accepted Answer

Someone who joins riil through your link or code and verifies their account with Singpass. Welcome rewards are once per person and once per account, so creating another account or unlinking Singpass doesn’t make someone eligible again.

Question 2

Why do you ask for Singpass?

Accepted Answer

Singpass confirms each reward goes to a real, different person. We keep a private matching record, not your NRIC, and inviters never see your identity details.

Question 3

When do rewards arrive?

Accepted Answer

After the person you invited completes the steps shown on their invitation. Your rewards become available to claim under Referrals. Verify with Singpass and claim each reward onto your current account.

Question 4

What can the person who invited me see?

Accepted Answer

They see your first name from Singpass and whether you’ve qualified. They never see your identity identifiers or what you buy, browse or save.

Question 5

Is there a limit?

Accepted Answer

Some offers limit how many rewards one person can earn by inviting. Only rewards you’ve earned count toward the limit, and the people you invite still get their reward after you reach it.

Question 6

What happens to my rewards if I change accounts?

Accepted Answer

Your invitation link, progress and unclaimed rewards follow your Singpass identity. Claimed rewards stay with the account you claimed them on. Changing accounts never lets you claim the same reward again.
